How to Whiten Your Teeth

I just couldn't take it any more so I had to look into how to whiten your teeth. Looking in the mirror and seeing those yellow stains from the coffee that I just have to have is really getting to me.

Nothing better than having a bright white smile!

The other day I was thinking that it was about time for my regular dental check up so I think that I'll speak to him about getting a good tooth cleaning and whitening done. Although, I was looking online and found this one that I can try now -- there's a free trial so nothing to lose!



I've tried the stuff that they have at the drug store but it doesn't seem to work as well as I would like. I've actually tried a few of them including the white strips, the gel stuff and the bite down kits that you can get.
